We specialize in precision plastic injection moulding (150T to 750T) across dual plant facilities in Bhosari MIDC, Pune. Our capabilities include automotive plastic components, automotive lighting components, road safety reflectors, insert moulding, ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, and sub-assembly operations.
We operate under IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 quality systems. Our quality assurance framework includes in-process inspection, final quality checks, traceability systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and a zero-defect manufacturing approach.
We manufacture headlamps, tail lamps, reflectors, Moterd Housing H/L, ITL housings, and TPL compact components for two-wheelers, tractors (John Deere, ITL), and passenger vehicle OEMs.
Our road reflectors (raised pavement markers) are made from high-strength uncoloured virgin ABS plastic, measuring 100.65mm x 89.50mm x 18.57mm (112g). They feature high visibility in low light, weather resistance lasting up to 10 years, and heavy load resistance up to 50 Tons.
We have a dual plant setup in PCNTDA, Bhosari, Pune: Plant 1 (Main Production Unit) at Plot No. 229, Sector 10 (150T–350T machines) and Plant 2 (Auxiliary Production Unit) at Plot No. 115, Sector 7 (550T–750T heavy tonnage machines).
